Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Start here: For any issue, contact sales@ruhamasfood.com within 30 days of delivery (or 30 days from the estimated delivery date for lost packages). Please send your order number and email, attach photos if needed, and we’ll take it from there.

What we’ll fix (at our cost):
Damaged, misprinted, or wrong item on arrival – we’ll reprint and reship or refund. Please send clear photos of the item and packing slip.
Lost in transit – report after the carrier’s estimated delivery date has passed.
(We use on-demand production and partner fulfillment; qualifying claims are reprinted/refunded per carrier/fulfiller rules.)

What isn’t eligible:
Buyer’s remorse/changed mind, wrong size/color ordered, or normal wear.
Returns sent without approval
Address issues (entered incorrectly, unclaimed, recipient unavailable). We can reship once the item returns to our fulfiller; new shipping costs apply.

Exchanges: We don’t process traditional exchanges, since every item is custom printed.

How to file a return: Contact sales@ruhamasfood.com within 30 days, include your order #, description, and photos of the item + packing slip + exterior packaging. We’ll respond with next steps. 

Return address: Items that can’t be delivered are automatically returned to our fulfillment center for evaluation. We’ll contact you to arrange reshipment. Printful Help Center
